Peder Hertsgaard has been in the financial services industry since 2005. From 2008 to 2011 he was an annuity wholesaler for Allianz, and in 2012 returned to financial planning. His goal is to improve a client’s quality of life as a trusted advisor they can rely on to care for their financial well-being.
Retirement is real and the plan should be too. Peder helps clients identify goals, create a plan, and understand how their actions now affect them in the long run, making adjustments along the way.
Comprehensive financial planning, financial advice, college planning, estate planning, social security planning, pension plan review and strategy, 401(k), stocks, bonds, mutual funds, ETFs, annuities, life insurance, long term disability, long term care insurance, corporate benefits, budgeting, and more. Everyone's needs are unique and Peder takes time to know his clients individually to help them achieve their best future. One area of his expertise is working with clients who are employees of Allianz Life because of his familiarity with the company's benefits and 401(k) offerings.
Peder grew up on a farm in North Dakota raising livestock and working in the fields. He lives in Minneapolis with his wife, two children and dog. He enjoys spending time outdoors, coaching youth baseball, watching sports, seeing friends, and travelling.
